Person in charge with scheduling is very incompetent. Talked to her 3 days a go and she told me to expect a call from Kim for their consultation on Friday around noon. I patiently waited for them to call me but it never happened. So i called their office and talked to her again and she was apologetic about the situation. I told her its okay I understand. And told me that she needs to talk to kim again and will give me a call back. After she's done talking to her. 1 hour passed still haven't heard from them. It was a complicated process mainly due to compiling documentation from several countries where we lived and keeping track of all that was quite challenging. The Buhler Thomas team was very patient and persistent specially with reloading info every time there was a comment/rejection from NVC. In the end, we managed to get through the entire process despite some delays caused by reiteration of document uploading and finally we were called for a personal interview at the consulate and from there a final check/interview at Immigration in the US.
