The K-1 Visa for a Fiancé Who Is Not a Citizen
The K-1 visa is a nonimmigrant visa, designed to open the door for non-citizens (foreign nationals) to enter the country legally, for the purpose of marrying a U.S. citizen. A primary requirement, therefore, is that once your fiancé is in the country you must complete your marriage within 90 days of entry. You can obtain a fiancé visa for a same-sex partners.
An additional requirement is you must have met your fiancé in person at least once in the past two years. Although you may request a waiver for this requirement if it would cause extreme hardship or violate your religious principles.
Securing a fiancé visa is typically preferable to applying abroad for a marriage green card through the consular process.

Person in charge with scheduling is very incompetent. Talked to her 3 days a go and she told me to expect a call from Kim for their consultation on Friday around noon. I patiently waited for them to call me but it never happened. So i called their office and talked to her again and she was apologetic about the situation. I told her its okay I understand.
